  2. Tennis Diet: Mental toughness course and overall tennis mastery program, which guides players and their teams (if they have) to become great by prioritizing process goals and foundational skills and life development - Email Request to info@tennisconsulting.net
    • Self-Created: Step by step instructions that include the PCT booklet for training highlevel on- and off-court habits.
    • Taught Course: : Written and video structures that includes the Personal Coaching Tool (PCT) booklet, which focuses on goal setting, daily tennis and life organizational needs, practice and match preparation, strategy, confidence, mental toughness, and overall personal and tennis mastery.
  3. Team Consulting (taught one on one or in a group and includes Version 2 of the Tennis Diet): An overall team accountability program that takes approximately three months to complete and covers the three primary areas of Team Energy Player Mentality, and Coaching Support, every technical, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and strategic skill, and each on- and off-court detail. By focusing on transparent communication, courageous actions, positivity, and clarity, we fuel players and teams with high-level values, inner strength, and solid technical, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and strategical skills. - Email Request to info@tennisconsulting.net
  4. On and/or Off-Court Coaching: On an option(s) below and scheduled per desired time with the end goal being improvement or confirmation that the student is already achieving all goals - Email Request to info@tennisconsulting.net
    • Any Zoom Topic(s):With the player, coach, team director, and/or family member: i.e., match feedback, mental toughness, mediation issue, positive team energy, student empowerment, new insights, problem solving, overall leadership.
    • On-Court Lesson: Either teaching or competing against the student and giving technical, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and/or strategic feedback to them and/or anyone on the team, if one has.
    • Tournament Guidance: Local or travel tournament preparation, coaching, and post-insights learned from all matches.
  5. Group Event Options: Retreats, seminars, or workshops - Email Request to info@tennisconsulting.net
    • Competition or Training Retreats: Locally or travel destination of choice.
    • In Person or Virtual Seminar: For all levels and skill topics or re-training the basics in unique and creative ways
    • Workshops: Includes a seminar, book review, exhibition, and/or charity component. Learned newfound motivations stimulate opportunities for the facility, such as equipment and injury prevention sales, lessons, and future workshops.
